Chicago (CH1) Construction Update

Renovations at our CH1 data center are officially underway. We are eager to improve the functionality as well as look and feel of the CH1 facility and will provide you with regular progress updates!

What’s already been accomplished:

• Removal of the lobby drop ceiling, carpeting, and millwork!

What we’re currently working on:

• Demolition of the lobby and conference room
• Resurfacing the main parking lot

What happens next:

June will continue to be busy for Element Critical and the CH1 site as construction continues to ramp up in the lobby and conference rooms.

In the lobby:

• New acoustical ceiling and tv backboxes will be installed; and painting will be completed

In the conference rooms:

• New partitions will be framed, drywall hung & finished, and electrical outlets installed

In a few weeks, we will provide another update and send new photos of what we’ve finished….and our design for all new critical infrastructure. How’s that for a cliffhanger?
