Houston One is a purpose-built, high-density designed mission-critical data center with a market-leading 6″ concrete roof deck able to sustain 190+ mph winds and DoubleDense technology for critical loads up to 480 watts PSF (air-cooled) or up to 1000 watts PSF (immersion). The 20-acre private campus features an adjacent 400 MVA substation with dual feed underground utility service, ultra-low latency connectivity to Houston’s I-10 fiber-optic backbone, and Premium Rollover Service for the utmost in power reliability.

Total utility power is 26 MW, expandable to 6+ MW. Abundant power is delivered by an adjacent loop-fed, 400 MW substation. Premium rollover service automatically routes power from 2 redundant substation transformers for maximum reliability.
