We understand that there are many choices for companies requiring data center space, ranging from mission critical to lab space. However, not all IT loads are created equal, and our clients demand hybrid solutions. Our team will work with you to understand your exact requirements and only then will we craft the right solution for you.

In addition, we offer options for the location of your computer servers as well as leasing equipment to you. We can provide outsource services in the field of information technology as well as rental of space in our computer colocation facility for your data center.

POWER

Receive up to 20 KW of usable data center power per cabinet (equivalent of four 208V-30A power circuits). IP-addressable power strips containing ampacity meters viewable at any time on your customer dashboard. Backup generator systems are in place in the event of local utility failure, with the system designed to automatically transition to stand-by diesel generator backup whenever an under-voltage condition persists. Power is distributed from the UPS through K-rated transformers to local panel distribution panels and branched to computer cabinets.

Our data centers use a flexible configuration of standardized components, from using same size UPS systems, generators, and CRAH units, down to the smallest circuits. All circuits have built-in branch circuit monitoring, to allow for common inventory parts. The result is simplicity in design that results in lower operational costs and greater savings for clients. We can also deploy a private suite utilizing these common components.

CONNECTIVITY

Our colocation cabinet and cage solutions are backed by Element Critical’s 100% Up-time Service Level  Agreement (SLA), covering all key elements and service metrics like power, temperature, network availability and service credits. Note: The SLA relates to the use of products and services offered by Element Critical. Up-time commitments shall not apply during the initial two weeks after each installation or material alteration.

If Element Critical fails to meet the relevant up-time commitments set forth in the SLA, you may request a credit. Upon verification, we will credit your account as outlined in your SLA. You may request a copy of our 100% Data Center Uptime SLA at any time.

COOLING

Our mechanical data center engineers and operations staff are expert HVAC folks. In additional to keeping the core infrastructure running at optimal efficiency, they’re directly involved in solutions engineering and high-density deployments to 30 kW and beyond.

Our Service Level Agreements are designed to meet recommended ASHRAE temperature range requirements.
