Our data centers are built around flexible configuration of standardized components, such as: same size UPS systems, generators, and CRAH units, down to the smallest circuits that we deploy (30A/208V=6kW). And all of our circuits have built-in branch circuit monitoring. This allows for common inventory parts, simplicity in design that results in lower operational costs for us, and greater savings for our clients. We can deploy a private suite utilizing these common components.

Our colocation cabinet and cage solutions are backed by Element Critical’s 100% Up-time Service Level Agreement (SLA), covering all key elements and service metrics like power, temperature, network availability and service credits. Note: The SLA relates to the use of products and services offered by Element Critical. Up-time commitments shall not apply during the initial two weeks after each installation or material alteration.
If Element Critical fails to meet the relevant up-time commitments set forth in the SLA, you may request a credit. Upon verification, we will credit your account as outlined in your SLA. You may request a copy of our 100% Data Center Uptime SLA at any time.
Our mechanical data center engineers and operations staff are expert HVAC folks. In additional to keeping the core infrastructure running at optimal efficiency, they’re directly involved in solutions engineering and high-density deployments to 30 kW and beyond.
Our Service Level Agreements are designed to meet recommended ASHRAE temperature range requirements.
