Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Scott leads the company’s commercial strategy, customer experience, and business operations functions. He oversees the full commercial lifecycle—including go-to-market strategy, pricing, contracting, and service delivery—while guiding the operational functions that support Element Critical’s continued growth and expansion across key U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Element Critical, Scott served as Vice President of Business Operations at vXchnge, where he led strategic initiatives across procurement, asset management, and corporate strategy. During his tenure, he played a key role in supporting the company’s expansion to fifteen data centers and the successful divestiture of its portfolio to leading colocation providers.
Throughout his career, Scott has successfully built and scaled commercial and operational organizations. With deep experience in wholesale and enterprise colocation environments, he brings a customer-centric approach to delivering scalable infrastructure solutions and building long-term client partnerships.
