Based in the Philadelphia region, Steve joined Element Critical in 2022, bringing a proven track record of success and over 20 years of sales and business development leadership in the telecommunications and technology industries.
As Element Critical’s Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for the entire revenue organization, including direct sales, channel sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing. Steve’s expertise is best summarized as a leader who consistently builds high-performance sales and marketing teams. His proven methods and practices have been honed through years of leadership experience.
Prior to joining Element Critical, Steve served as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for vXchnge, which sold its portfolio of Data Centers as strategic assets to leading Industry Edge Colocation Providers.
Before vXchnge, he held senior sales management roles at CompuCom, 365 Data Centers, and Global Cloud Xchange (formerly Yipes Enterprise Services, acquired by Reliance Communications in 2007). Steve’s track record of building high-performance teams is a testament to his leadership acumen.
